EL TURCO
Erkan is a prodigy of Mediterranean gastronomy. He wanted to highlight this superb cuisine with the scent of the sun in a restaurant capable of transcribing this atmosphere. Together, we thought of a space allowing to welcome raw materials in their simplest expression while preserving an oriental style. The idea of installing a carpet half of which covers the floor and the other part on a wall seemed clever to remind us of the culture of the Levant.
The central bar has been completely thought out and designed by us. We had to be ingenious to give this raw wood furniture a feeling of lightness. The rounded and wavy shapes make it look chic without removing the rustic and natural aspect of the object.
This universe is ideal for lovers of quality cuisine accentuated by this touch of Mediterranean sun.
